Corporate Announcement – Strategic Acquisition and Operational Transition

United Gas International B.V., Netherlands is pleased to formally announce the successful completion of the strategic acquisition and operational takeover of Bashneft International B.V., Netherlands.

Following the conclusion of the corporate registration of Bashneft International B.V., Netherlands in December 2025, United Gas International B.V. has assumed full control and responsibility for the company’s operational activities, including its product allocations, contractual commitments, and ongoing international transactions.

This transition has been implemented as part of a structured corporate integration to ensure business continuity, operational stability, and uninterrupted execution across all existing engagements.

Continuity of Existing Contracts and Transactions

All existing contracts, allocations, and confirmed transactions previously issued under Bashneft International B.V., Netherlands remain:

• Valid and fully recognized
• Operationally active
• Fully backed and guaranteed under United Gas International B.V.

United Gas International B.V. has formally assumed responsibility for the execution, delivery, and completion of all such transactions.

To ensure a seamless transition and maintain operational consistency:

Bashneft International B.V., Netherlands will continue to operate strictly for the purpose of executing and completing all existing transactions and allocations until December 2026

All logistics, documentation, and delivery obligations will continue without disruption under the supervision of United Gas International B.V.

New Business and Allocations

Effective immediately, all new transactions, allocations, and contractual engagements will be issued exclusively under:

United Gas International B.V., Netherlands

This transition ensures:

• Full regulatory alignment
• Enhanced banking and financial structuring
• Strengthened operational capacity and global supply chain execution

Assurance to Partners, Buyers, and Stakeholders

We recognize the importance of trust, transparency, and security in international energy trading.

Accordingly, we hereby confirm:

• All existing transactions under Bashneft International B.V., Netherlands are secure, protected, and will be completed in full
• United Gas International B.V. acts as the legal and operational successor, ensuring full compliance with all contractual obligations
• All counterparties will continue to receive full operational support, documentation, and execution services without interruption
